Congratulations to David Cohn, our Spring Conferences Scholarship recipient!
David Cohn is a Senior Psychology major at TCNJ. During his time here, he has been involved with multiple psychology research labs including the Social Change and Collective Identity (SCCI) Lab with Dr. Wiley and the Motivation, Individual Differences, and Stereotypes in Cognition (MISC) Lab with Dr. Grimm. Outside of research, David has worked as the Vice President of the TCNJ Psychology Club, as an HSS mentor, as a member of the Psychology Student Advisory Board, and as a trombone player in numerous TCNJ ensembles. This semester, David presented research he worked on with the MISC Lab at the Eastern Psychological Association conference in New York. With help from Dr. Grimm and the MISC Lab, he also presented his own research project at the TCNJ Celebration of Student Achievement. He is currently writing the paper for this research which he eventually plans to submit for publishing. After graduating this semester, David plans to work as a research assistant/lab manager for a year before applying for graduate school.
